1. How do I add my loyalty card to Flipp?

Your loyalty card number is usually written on the front of your card.

You can add your loyalty cards to Flipp by scanning the barcode on the back of your card. Click the "Scan Card" button in Flipp and use your phone's camera to scan the barcode. If card scanning fails to register your card, you can always enter your loyalty card number manually by typing it into the textbox.

To activate a new rewards card you may need to take one (or all) of the following steps before being able to register and clip in Flipp:

• Wait up to 24-hours for the card to become active if signing up in store. Calling customer support may shorten this wait time.
• Make a first purchase using the card in store.
• For cards that were received in store, register the card online at the retailer's website.

1. How many coupons can I clip to my loyalty card?

You can clip as many coupons to your loyalty card as you want. Your loyalty card coupons can be found in your Clippings.

1. I tried to use grocery coupon(s), but did not receive my discount. What happened?

The coupon may have failed for the following reasons:

• The product(s) you purchased did not meet the terms described in the coupon details.
• The coupon had expired.
• You had other e-coupons clipped to your card for the same product.

If you would like to report a problem with the redemption of one of our coupons, contact Flipp support.

2. I've redeemed a coupon but it still appears as "clipped". Why?

It can take up to 24 hours for our system to be updated after you redeem a coupon at the grocery store. Please do not attempt to use the coupon again; the discount is only valid for one use and cannot be applied again. Once our systems have been updated, the coupon will be removed.

3. I have multiple coupons for a product. Which one will be applied at checkout?

The coupon that provides the highest consumer benefit will be applied. Another way to read this is: the coupon that will allow you the maximum potential savings will be applied.

1. I tried to scan my loyalty card but the scanner did not recognize my bar code.

Modern scanners can read barcodes from mobile devices within a few seconds.

Unfortunately, some stores still use older scanner technologies that may have difficulties reading barcodes from mobile devices.
